Programledare vid premiären var [[Leif "Loket" Olsson]], därefter har programmet letts av [[Lasse Kronér]], [[Gunde Svan]], [[Rickard Olsson]], [[Lotta Engberg]] och [[Jan Bylund]]. Till hösten 2013 tar [[Marie Serneholt]] över programmet. För att kunna delta i programmet krävs en [[bingolott]], den kostar 50 kronor eller 100 kronor om spelaren har en dubbellott. Lotten köper man av föreningar eller i butiker men också i [[lottbutiken]] som finns på [[bingolotto.se]] och via SMS. På hemsidan kan också spela nätbingo.
